4-in-1 Skincare Wand

Before using the Wand, we recommend applying an oil-free serum to clean, makeup-free skin to help the Wand glide easily. For best results, we recommend applying our LightBoost Activating Serum, formulated with technology shown to boost the effects of light therapy. Its ingredients deeply hydrate and plump the skin and work synergistically with the Wand to increase radiance and glow. Alternatively, you may use a hydrating topical (serum or moisturizer) with conductive ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and/or aloe vera.

Bye Acne

Bye Acne should only be used on clean skin. If you use a prescription or over-the-counter acne treatment, please consult a physician before combining. We recommend following up your Bye Acne session with our Hydrating Sheet Mask. Its patent-pending formula of avocado peptides, niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid and Provitamin B5 helps combat blemishes while deeply hydrating the skin.

We recommend using our LightBoost topicals before light therapy to enhance your treatment.

You can easily incorporate all other Solawave products such as topicals into your existing skincare routine. We recommend using our Wands immediately after applying your serums (and before your moisturizer). We recommend using Bye Acne immediately after cleansing the skin. Yes! Our spa-grade skincare devices can be carried onto airplanes in your personal bag. Do NOT store them in your checked luggage, as their lithium ion batteries are prohibited in checked baggage.

Additionally, all of our topicals comply with TSA guidelines for carry-on luggage and are 100mL or less. Some countries limit the number of bottles in your carry-on, so please confirm with your travel agent or airline you are able to travel with your entire skincare set.

We offer a 60-day free trial for eligible Solawave products. Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please click here or reach out to our customer support team at support@mysolawave.com. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 15 calendar days from the time the return label is initiated in order to process a refund. 

For eligible returns, one pre-paid return shipping label will be provided per order for U.S. orders only, and for return shipping from a U.S. location only. If you have sent your return using a different carrier/different shipping label than the label provided, please provide the tracking information. Shipping costs associated with using a different carrier or a different return label are non-refundable. 

You will have up to 15 calendar days from the time your return label is created to ship the item(s) back to us. If your return is not in transit within that time frame, your return request will be closed and no longer eligible for a refund.

In order to receive a refund, returns must include the product, all original packaging, instructions, and accessories. All items must be returned and in good, working condition with normal wear and tear.

Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to ensure good working condition of all components. If any of the components are missing, dirty or damaged, the cost of the affected component will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return is received. We can only process returns for products sold on Solawave.co. Refunds post to your original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear (depending on your financial institution). All shipping fees and order coverage fees are not refundable.

Topicals are eligible for physical return if they are unopened and in their original packaging. 

Virtual items, such as order coverage and membership fees, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Orders over $1,000 USD: To protect our customers and prevent fraud, all orders over $1,000 USD are subject to review. For these orders: cancellations before shipping may incur a 10% fee; returns must be unopened, are not eligible for free return shipping, and may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Absolutely! For all devices, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of your original purchase. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it free of charge within that 1-year timeframe.

This warranty does not cover devices damaged by:

1. Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration.
2. Theft or loss.
3. Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as instructed.
4. Connecting to incorrect current and voltage.
5. Service or repair by unauthorized persons.

This warranty extends only to the original retail purchase, original retail purchase date, with original proof of purchase (such as retail store receipt or Solawave order number) and only when purchased from an authorized retailer or reseller. The warranty is not transferrable through receipt as part of a promotional event, private sale or sale from an unauthorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are processed after returned defective items are received.

This warranty only extends if the device is used in conjunction with authorized device accessories (such as charging cable). The Solawave warranty does not extend to Solawave skincare products, which are solely subject to the Solawave Return Policy.

Bye Acne should only be used over normal, healthy, intact skin. The device should not be applied over, or in proximity to cancerous lesions, or applied over swollen, infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions (e.g., phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, varicose veins, etc.) or areas of the skin that lack normal sensation. Patch test the device on your skin before using.
