I’m a believer in red light therapy overall, especially when used consistently. I’ve been using the Solawave Neck & Chest Pro Light Therapy Mask daily for about 6 minutes alongside the face mask, and I do think light therapy can be effective over time.
That said, after a few months of consistent use, I honestly haven’t noticed any dramatic or clearly visible results specifically in my neck and chest area yet. The device is comfortable, easy to use, and fits nicely into a daily routine, which I appreciate. It also feels well made and relaxing to wear.
For me, this feels more like a long-term maintenance treatment rather than something that delivers quick or transformative changes. I’m continuing to use it because I believe consistency is important with red light therapy, but I do think expectations should be realistic when it comes to noticeable improvement.

I have both the face mask and the neck/chest mask, and I am beyond impressed with them. Unlike older red light masks I’ve owned, these are soft, flexible, and easy to wear without feeling heavy or restrictive.

Love the convenience of the automatic timing. I just have to turn it on and wait for the light to turn off. I purchased this device preventatively for creepy skin and also for minimal hyperpigmentation that bothers me. I am really hoping this works to make that go away. I am also using on my hair and hands for the overall benefit of the red light therapy. All in all I am happy with my purchase.
