Always begin with a freshly cleansed face when using devices like Bye Acne. Washing your face ensures the removal of dirt, oil, and makeup that might hinder the device's effectiveness.

The Bye Acne device harnesses the power of red and blue LED light therapy to combat acne-causing bacteria and inflammation. We recommend using it once per day over inflamed areas. Consistency is key--keep using Bye Acne daily until your breakout has diminished.

Most healthy adults can use Bye Acne Light Therapy device.  However, there are some contraindications: the device is not recommended for those who are under the age of 18, are subject to seizures or photosensitivity, have active cancer, or have a known allergy to plastics. Do not use the device if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. It has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women, and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate, or pregnant women is unknown. Do not use if you have Fitzpatrick Skin Type V or VI.   Please review the Contraindications and Warnings section of the Instruction Manual for more information. You may clean the device using a damp cloth, water-based wipe, or a 70% alcohol-based wipe. Ensure the device is not connected to the power supply when cleaning. Do not submerge in water or apply water directly to the device.
