I’ve had this mask for a few months. I would have bought it on the Solawave site but it was sold out so I bought it on Amazon. I use the mask several times a week. It’s very relaxing and it does improve my skin. The automatic turn off after 10 minutes is a great feature as I’ve drifted off to sleep more than once while using it because it’s so relaxing. No need to worry about having it on too long. The eye guards are also a nice feature that not all masks have. I’ve had some cosmetic procedures and I find the mask to be helpful maintenance. High quality product that comes with a very nice storage bag. It stays charged for quite awhile too. I love my mask and can’t recommend it enough.

How often should I use the Face Mask?
We recommend using the mask at least three days per week for a minimum of four weeks.
Results are gradual and cumulative, so we suggest taking photos along your journey to easily track your progress and improvement!
Be sure to read the complete user manual before starting.
When will I see results?
With a consistent routine of at least three days per week, users may begin to see results as soon as four weeks.

Can everyone use the Face Mask?
The Face Mask is only intended to be used by adults in good health.
The Mask is not recommended for those who are under the age of 22, are subject to seizures or photosensitivity, have skin cancer, or have a known allergy to silicone or plastics. Do not use the Mask if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. It has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women, and therefore the risk to the fetus, neonate, or pregnant women is unknown. Do not use the Mask if you have Fitzpatrick Skin Type V or VI.

How do I clean the Face Mask?
You may clean the Mask using a damp cloth, water-based wipe, or 70% alcohol-based wipe. Ensure the Mask is not connected to the power supply when cleaning. Do not submerge the Mask in water or apply water directly to the Mask.
