Solawave's House Visit Giveaway - Official Rules

 

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: The giveaway entry period begins 12/23/23 at 12:00 pm PST with @solawave’s Post announcement on Instagram and ends 12/25/23 at 11:59 pm PST. To enter: 
  • Follow @solawave on Instagram; 
  • Like and Save @solawave’s giveaway announcement Post; and 
  • Tag the friend you would bring with you to the Solawave House in the comments. 

We are also offering an alternate mode of entry. To enter to win you can email us your name and email address to [email protected] during the giveaway period.

  • ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age and older, except for employees of Solawave Inc. ("Solawave") their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. 
    1. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 26, 2023 by Solawave to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by direct message from @solawave on Instagram if they entered via Instagram or by email if they entered by emailing us. Both the potential winner and the friend who would accompany the potential winner to the Solawave House must sign and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form within 24 hours to accept the prize. Failure to respond within the applicable time period and provide the required Affidavits of Eligibility and Release forms will result in forfeiture of the prize and Solawave shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. NOTE: Travel and accommodations will not be provided. All travel to and from the Solawave House are the winner’s responsibility. By entering this giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Solawave, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of the prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.
    2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this giveaway, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance of the prize, including their visit to the Solawave House. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to Instagram’s platform, or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the prize. 
    3. PRIZE: A day for the winner and a friend at the Solawave House.
    4. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California.
