A great walkthrough of how to use the SolaWave wand and Serums
After you’ve applied your other skin care products we suggest giving your face a little time to dry and then apply our Conductive Serum right before you use the SolaWave wand.
Remember: if you’d like to substitute our serum for another product make sure it has a conductive ingredient such as aloe vera or a zinc mineral complex in order to distribute the microcurrent properly. If you’re doing a skincare routine that doesn’t involve microcurrents feel free to use and oil based serum/moisturizer and you’ll still get all of the benefits from the red light, warming, and vibration.
To use your SolaWave Wand, start with a clean, dry face. If washing your face, pat dry after washing away your cleanser, leaving the surface of the skin moist but not wet.
For best results, use the SolaWave wand on hydrated skin. To achieve hydration, pair with a conducting serum (like the SolaWave Renew Complex or Pure Hydration) or any facial mist, moisturizer, serum of your choosing.
SolaWave uses smart-touch activation, so, to turn your wand on and off, simply place the ceramic head of the wand against the skin of the face to turn on, and remove it to turn off. The lights will indicate whether the wand is on or off.
Select the orientation of the wand that best fits your needs and ergonomic preference. The SolaWave Wand forms two distinct positions: (1) the vertical “I” orientation and (2) the rotated “T-bar” position.
Place the SolaWave wand on your desired starting point. Against the skin, the red light LEDs in the wand’s head will turn on and the wand will begin to vibrate.
When finished, clean your SolaWave Wand by spraying a dry cloth with water or disinfecting spray and wiping down the head. Do not spray the wand directly or submerge your wand in any way. Once dry, store your SolaWave Wand in a clean, dry, place.
When using the SolaWave Wand, do not apply it directly over the eyeballs (open or closed), the larynx/adam’s apple, the chest, breasts, or groin. Do not use the wand over bruises or open wounds.

Caution: Never submerge your SolaWave in water. It is not waterproof.
While not required, applying serums with conductive properties (like the Renew Complex or Pure Hydration serums) before using the SolaWave Wand on your skin dramatically increases the depth and uniformity of microcurrent treatment.
Absolutely! You can use your own products (serums, moisturizers, and/or creams) in conjunction with our SolaWave Serums or as stand alones. If choosing to substitute our serums, we recommend incorporating products that contain conductive ingredients (e.g. aloe vera) to fully benefit from the microcurrent technology. If you use products without conductive ingredients, you can still benefit from the wand’s other features.
