All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note shipping fees are not refundable (if initially covered by us, they will be deducted from the return payment).
All SolaWave wand purchases include a 1-year warranty that covers replacement and repairs for malfunctions and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage.
